NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE

PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change hereby gives notice that he has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by BG International Limited whose address is 100 Thames Valley Park Drive, Reading, Berkshire, RG6 1PT for the construction of a pipeline system between North Manifold Structure and ESDV North Everest Platform.

Except with the consent of the Secretary of State, the 168.3 millimetre production pipelines and 294.9 millimetre production pipeline shall be used and to convey Oil, Gas and Formation Water; and the chemical injection umbillicals shall only be used to convey Methanol and Chemical Injection.

The pipelines may be used by the holder and with the holder’s agreement, and with the consent of the Secretary of State, by other persons.

BG International Limited have been appointed operators of the pipelines.
