We hereby intimate with effect from 1 July 2012 John M Dale, Alastair J Dale and Jennifer E McFadzean have resigned as Partners of the firm of McSherry Halliday trading as McSherry Halliday Dale and Marshall and will commence practice on their own account with effect from 1 July 2012 from the premises of 18 Wallace Street, Galston under the firm name of Dales Solicitors LLP. The Partnership of McSherry Halliday will continue to trade from their existing premises at Irvine, Kilmarnock and Troon.
