Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held within the offices of Scott-Moncrieff, Allan House, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL on 10 July 2012 at 10.00 am for the purposes of receiving the Joint Liquidators’ final report on the conduct of the winding up, to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company should be disposed, and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should be released in terms of Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Creditors are entitled to attend in person or alternatively by proxy. A creditor may vote only if his claim has been submitted to the Joint Liquidators and that claim has been accepted in whole or in part. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting in person or by proxy vote in favour. Proxies must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at or before the meeting.
