Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation on 25 May 2012, Rabig Emirates LLC transferred its entire interest, represented by a capital contribution of £0.40, in Brockton Capital Fund I (Co-Investment) L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5872 (the “Partnership”), to Asif Raniwala.

Asif Raniwala has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
