DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 021) ORDER 2012

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 021) Order 2009 comes into force on 15 May 2012.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Hjaltland Seafarms Limited previously belonging to Skelda Salmon Farms Limited at the site known as Spoose Holm, situated in Spoose Holm, North of Oxna Island, Shetland, (OS grid ref: HU353382), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
