1 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1.1 each of Randall Thiel, John Barber, Wojciech Napiokowski, Valerie Texier and Lorac 4 Limited transferred to Thompson Trustees Limited as Trustee of the BCG BEIV Employee Benefit Trust part of the interest held by them in Bridgepoint Europe IV FP L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6269 (the “Partnership”);

1.2 Thompson Trustees Limited as Trustee of the BCG BEIV Employee Benefit Trust transferred to each of Bridgepoint Europe IV FP Italy, Maciej Zuzaleck, Vincent Gael Baudet, Frederic Pescatori, Ruby Sub North Limited, Ruby Sub South Limited and Kim Nguyen part of the interest held by it in the Partnership; and

1.3 as a result of the transfers of interest details above, Kim Nguyen was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
