Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Bridges Capital LLP transferred to Michele Giddens the entire interest held by it in Bridges Ventures III (Founder Partner) L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL 9657 (the “Partnership”). Consequently, Bridges Capital LLP ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
