Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. pursuant to an assignation HG Capital Beratungs GmbH & Co KG transferred to the Nerine Trust Company Limited as Trustee of the Franklin Trust part of the interest held by it in HG Capital SPLP1 Carry L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5054 (the “ Partnership ”) both the Nerine Trust Company Limited as Trustee of the Franklin Trust and HG Capital Beratungs GmBH & Co KG remain limited partners in the Partnership; and

2. pursuant to an assignation HG Capital Beratungs GmbH & Co KG transferred to HG Capital LLP part of the interest held by it in HG Capital SPLP1 Carrying L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5054 (the “ Partnership ”) both HG Capital LLP and HG Capital Beratungs GmbH & Co KG remain limited partners in the Partnership.
