Petition for Confirmation of Cancellation of Share Premium Account pursuant to section 610(4) and sections 645 to 649 of the Companies Act 2006

Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented on 7 November 2011 to the Court of Session at the instance of Sportech PLC, a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number SC069140 and with its registered office at 249 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4RB (“the Company”), seeking inter alia an order confirming the cancellation of its share premium account which was resolved upon by special resolution passed at a general meeting of the Company held on 12 May 2011. In that Petition the Court made an order dated 9 November 2011 that the Petition be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and once in The Independent newspaper and that any party claiming an interest in the Petition lodge answers to it, if so advised, at the Office of the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 21 days of the last of those advertisements.
