Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation dated 14 June 2011 and 30 June 2011 (and effective from 30 June 2011), Gallatin Partners LLC, whose address is 1002 Oak Hills Way, Salt Lake City, Utah 84108, (the “Existing Limited Partner”) assigned its entire right, title and interest in Bregal Private Capital LP (whose address is Fifth Floor, 1 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh EH3 8UL (registered number SL005241)) (the “Partnership”) to Bregal Investments LP, whose address is Fifth Floor, 1 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh EH3 8UL (registered number SL004834) (the “New Limited Partner”).
