Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented on 14 July 2011, to the Court of Session, by Richard Heis, F.C.A., Michael Pink, F.C.A. and Richard Fleming, F.C.A., all of 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB and Blair Carnegie Nimmo C.A, of Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG as Joint Building Society Special Administrators of Dunfermline Building Society, in Building Society Special Administration, incorporated under the Building Societies Act 1986 and with its principal office at 191 West George Street, Glasgow seeking an Administration Order in respect of FM Front Door Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC296514) and having its registered office at 9 Great Stuart Street, Edinburgh EH3 7TP, in which Petition the Court, by interlocutor dated 15 July 2011, ordered inter alia intimation, service and advertisement of the Petition; and ordered that any person claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge Answers to it, if so advised, at the Office of the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within a reduced period of 8 days after service, intimation or advertisement, all of which intimation is hereby given.
