Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Sheriff at Grampian Highland and Islands at Aberdeen for and on behalf of Karen Ann Cameron, residing at 24 Hollybank Place, Aberdeen AB11 6XS seeking to have Big M Timber Products Limited, whose last registered office was at Units 1, 2 and 3 Wood International Centre, Craigshaw Drive, West Tullos, Aberdeen AB12 3AG restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1031 subsection (1) of the Companies Act 2006, in which application the Sheriff at Aberdeen, by interlocutor dated 22 June 2011 ordered any person desiring to object to the crave of the petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen within eight days of this publication, service and advertisement.
