Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”) that a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company will beheld within the offices of Ritson Smith, Chartered Accountants, 16 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1FX, on Tuesday 7 June 2011 at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 96, 100, 101 and 102 of the said Act.

In accordance with the provisions of the Act the Liquidator will present a Statement as to the affairs of the company in the prescribed form, to the meeting. Furthermore, during the period before the day on which the creditors’ meeting is to be held, the Liquidator will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the affairs of the company as they may reasonably required.

Proxies intended to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the meeting or beforehand at the offices of Ritson Smith, Chartered Accountants, 16 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1FX.
