Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Mayo Clinic transferred the whole of its interest in the Patron Capital III Scotland L.P. registered number SL5976 (the “Partnership”), to Mayo Clinic Rochester, and consequently, on the same date Mayo Clinic Rochester became a limited partner in the Partnership and Mayo Clinic ceased to be a partner in the Partnership. On the same date Mayo Clinic Rochester changed its name to Mayo Clinic.
