Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Eastorient International Limited has transferred all of its interest in Europe LBO V L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6057 (the “Partnership”) to Edgevale International Limited. Edgevale International Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. Eastorient International Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
