Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Smeraldo LLP transferred its whole interest in Apax Europe VII Founder L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL 5981, to Gabriele Cipparrone and consequently, Smeraldo LLP ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Gabriele Cipparrone has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
