Further to the notice of an application for consent to construct and operate a wind farm at Braemore Wood (Central Grid Reference NC540,015) and for a direction under Section 57(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 that planning permission for the development be deemed to be granted. The installed capacity of the proposed generating station would be 81 MW comprising 27 turbines with a ground to blade tip height of up to 126 metres.)
Notice is hereby given that additional information has been received by Scottish Ministers on this application. Copies of this information have been forwarded to Highland Council to be made available for public inspection by being placed on the planning register.

Any subsequent additional information received by Scottish Ministers before determination of the application, if considered to be materially relevant, will be similarly forwarded to The Highland Council to be placed on the planning register and made available for public inspection. However, no further public notice will be issued.
Any representations should be made in writing to The Scottish Government, Energy Consents Unit, 4th Floor, 5 Atlantic Quay, 150 Broomielaw, Glasgow G2 8LU or emailed to representations@scotland.gsi.gov.uk identifying the proposal and specifying grounds for objection or support, not later than 11th March 2011. Representations should be dated and should clearly state the name (in block capitals) and full return email or postal address of those making representation. All representations to the Scottish Government will be copied to the planning authority on request.
