Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 January 2011 (the “Effective Date” ) Peter William Lloyd Morgan, residing at Cleeves, Weydown Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 1DT, transferred part of his interest, together with all associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom (the “Transferred Interest” ), in AJSLP9 Scottish Limited Partnership to Elisabeth Susanne Morgan, residing at Cleeves, Weydown Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 1DT, and that with effect from the Effective Date, Elisabeth Susanne Morgan assumed all the rights and obligations in respect of the Transferred Interest.
