The estate of Emma Marie Scully also known as Emma Marie Metcalfe, 15 Croftnappoch Place, Crieff, Perthshire PH7 3JW and previously at 91b East High Street, Crieff, Perthshire PH7 3JA and 13 McOwan Avenue, Crieff, Perthshire PH7 3JY and 22G North Methven Street, Perth, Perthshire PH1 5PN and 42 Pembroke Grange, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS9 6RH and H M Prison & Young Offenders Institute, New Hall, New Hall Way, Flockton, West Yorkshire WF4 4XX and 62 Nelson Road, Hull, East Yorkshire HU5 5HN was sequestrated by the Accountant in Bankruptcy on 12 November 2010 and the Accountant in Bankruptcy is deemed to be appointed to act as Trustee in the sequestrated estate. All creditors should note that the debtor meets the conditions set out in section 5(2B)(c)(ia) of the 1985 Act and that no dividend is expected and therefore creditors are not invited to submit claims in anticipation of a dividend, although the Accountant in Bankruptcy shall accept notification of sums outstanding to any creditor or of any other information relevant to the sequestration which a creditor may wish to draw to the attention of the Accountant in Bankruptcy.
