PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT – GLENCHAMBER, GLENLUCE, DG8 0PB

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Dumfries and Galloway Council by RES UK and Ireland Ltd (RES) relating to the planning application in respect of the construction and operation of Glenchamber Wind Farm which comprises the erection of 11 wind turbines and associated infrastructure. Ref. 10/P/1/0494

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at either the D&G Council Offices at Ashwood House, Sun Street, Stranraer, DG9 7JJ or those at McMillan Hall, Dashwood Square, Newton Stewart, DG8 6EQ and also at Post Office, 51 Main Street, Glenluce, DG8 0PP during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from RES UK & Ireland Limited, 3rd Floor, STV Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1PQ at a cost of £250 for a printed copy and £25 for a CD copy.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Dumfries and Galloway Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice to The Service Manager, Development Management, Dumfries and Galloway Council, Council Offices, Ashwood House, Sun Street, Stranraer, DG9 7JJ
