Applications for permission and/or consents under the above legislation as listed below together with the plans and other documents submitted with them may be examined at Infrastructure Services, County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar, DD8 3LG between the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday or visit the Public Access facility on the Council’s website at www.angus.gov.uk/publicaccess

Written comments may be made to the Head of Planning & Transport, County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar, DD8 3LG or e-mail Planning@angus.gov.uk. Please note that representations made to an applicant in response to any pre-application consultation in terms of Section 35(1) of the Act cannot be taken into account by Angus Council. In such circumstances any persons wishing to make representations in respect of the application should do so to the Planning Authority in the manner indicated in the Notice by 12 November 2010 (21 days after publication of this notice).
