I, James Inglis Smith, CA, Atlantic House, 45 Hope Street, Glasgow G2 6AE give notice, pursuant to Rule 4.19(4)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that on 14 September 2010 I was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company, having its Registered Office at Greenfield House, Mollinsburn Road, Glenmavis, Airdrie ML6 0PN by resolution of the First meeting of Creditors in terms of Section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to summon another meeting to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth, in value, of the company’s creditors in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
