Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by AB23 Properties Limited (registered number SC331664), craving the Court, inter alia, to order that AB23 Properties Limited having its registered office at 2 Rubislaw Place, Aberdeen AB10 1XN, be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985, the Sheriff at Aberdeen, by Interlocutor dated 30 August 2010, ordered all parties interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
