Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 16 of the Act

SERVICES AND ARTISANS CLUB LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, this day cancelled the registration of the following societies on the grounds that each society has ceased to exist:

Services and Artisans Club Limited (Register No 1327 RS ) the registered office of which is at Services & Artisans Club Ltd, 25 Newbattle Road, Newtongrange, Dalkeith, Midlothian EH22 4RN .

Each society listed above ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by it, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
