TAYMOUTH GROUP LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 26 August 2010 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by HSBC Bank PLC, a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts having its registered office at 8 Canada Square, London E14 5HQ (“The Petitioner”) craving the Court inter alia to make an administration order in respect of Taymouth Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number SC270568 and having its registered office formerly at Dalmore House, 310 St Vincent Street, Glasgow and presently at Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh (“the Company”), that order to take effect from 11 March 2010; and to appoint Gary Steven Fraser and Blair Carnegie Nimmo, both of KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG as joint administrators of the Company, that appointment also to take effect from 11 March 2010. In that Petition, Lord Hodge, by interlocutor dated 27 August 2010, allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within a period of 7 days after intimation, advertisement and service; and meantime appointed the said Gary Steven Fraser and Blair Carnegie Nimmo to be the interim managers of the Company with the powers set out in Schedule 1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and authorised them to exercise any of those powers.
