ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984

THE A82 TRUNK ROAD (AONACHAN WEST, SPEAN BRIDGE) STOPPING UP ORDER 2010

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 20th August 2010 the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made the above - mentioned Order.

Copies of the Order as made and the accompanying plan have been deposited at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow G4 0HF; Scotland TranServ, Annat Point, Corpach, Fort William; Spean Bridge Post Office, Spean Bridge PH34 4EP and Council offices, Highland Council, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness IV3 5NX and may be inspected there free of charge from 26th August 2010 to 7th October 2010.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Lochaber News dated 10th June 2010 and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 26799 dated 11th June 2010.

The Order comes into force on 30th August 2010. A copy of the Order and this Notice will be available on the Transport Scotland website at www.transportscotland.gov.uk/road/road-and-trafficorders/traffic-orders
