Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Paul Owers transferred to Actis Emerging Markets GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Actis Emerging Markets 3 “A” LP) all of the interest held by him in Actis 3 LatAm Global “A” LP (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL8015 and Paul Owers ceased to be a limited partner and Actis Emerging Markets GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Actis Emerging Markets 3 “A” LP) became a limited partner in the Partnership.
