Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Calderstone LLC, RBC Trustees (CI) Ltd as Trustee of the Three Oceans Trust and Alliance Trust Pensions Ltd as trustees of the St James’s Place Personal Pension Plan (beneficiary: Richard Anton) transferred part of the interest held by them in Amadeus EI General Partner LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5594 to Kirkwood Bowman, Edward McCaffrey, Frank Bonsal, Jeppe Zink, David Sykes, Maureen O’Donnell, Bill Earner, Jason Pinto, Pat Burtis, and Nicolas Brusson and Kirkwood Bowman, Edward McCaffrey, Frank Bonsal, Jeppe Zink, David Sykes, Maureen O’Donnell, Bill Earner, Jason Pinto, Pat Burtis, and Nicolas Brusson became limited partners in the Partnership.
