Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to assignations, each of Blueline Holdings Group Inc., Comtel Services Inc., Fidlex Consultants S.A., Gardsey Limited, Halifax Management S.A., Islet Investments S.A., Lenard Management S.A. and Sun Agency transferred to Fortis Luxembourg-Vie S.A. all of the interest held by them in Europe LBO V L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6057 (“the Partnership”), and each of Blueline Holdings Group Inc., Comtel Services Inc., Fidlex Consultants S.A., Gardsey Limited, Halifax Management S.A., Islet Investments S.A. Lenard Management SA and Sun Agency ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
