In accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that with effect from 2 November 2009 the Hewlett-Packard Company Master Trust transferred the custody of its assets from State Street Bank and Trust Company to The Bank of New York Mellon and accordingly (1) The Bank of New York Mellon as Trustee for the Hewlett-Packard Company Master Trust has become a limited partner in Bensell US Feeder, L.P. (a limited partnership registered in Scotland with No SL005744) and (2) The Bank of New York Mellon as Trustee for the Hewlett-Packard Company Master Trust has become a limited partner in Bensell US Feeder III, L.P. (a limited partnership registered in Scotland with No SL006601).
