Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above company will be held at 12.00 noon and 12.15 pm respectively within the offices of Moore & Co, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2BX on 24 June 2010 for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up and to determine whether or not I should be released as Liquidator.

A Creditor entitled to attend or vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend or vote on his behalf. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting by person or proxy vote in favour. Proxies must be lodged with me at or before the Meeting.
