Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 25 March 2010, Stephen Robertson transferred the whole of his interest in TDR Capital General Partner II L.P. (the “Partnership”) to The Bachmann Trust Company Limited as Trustee of The Carrington Trust, and thereupon The Bachmann Trust Company Limited as Trustee of the Carrington Trust became a Limited Partner in the Partnership in substitution for Stephen Robertson.
