Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, pursuant to an assignation dated 18 March 2010:

1.  Nicholas Shaw has transferred his entire interest in Gartmore No. 6 General Partner Scottish Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6027 (the “Partnership”), to Gartmore Investment Management Limited (“GIML”). Nicholas Shaw has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership;

2.  Jonathan Windust has transferred his entire interest in the Partnership to GIML. Jonathan Windust has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership; and

3.  James Strang has transferred his entire interest in the Partnership to GIML. James Strang has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.

Subsequently, pursuant to an assignation dated 18 March 2010, GIML has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to each of Peter Gale, Simon Moss, Pavan Gupte, Alex Barker, Anastasios Geordiadis and Lorna Collings.

Each of Peter Gale, Simon Moss, Pavan Gupte, Alex Barker, Anastasios Geordiadis and GIML remain limited partners of the Partnership.

Lorna Collings has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
