THE NATURAL MINERAL WATER, SPRING WATER AND BOTTLED DRINKING WATER (SCOTLAND) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 2007

East Dunbartonshire Council, being the relevant authority in terms of the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2007, having considered an application by Campsie Spring Scotland Ltd, 1 Veitch Place, Lennoxtown to withdraw recognition of the following sources:

(i)  The source, presently designated Caledonian with the trade description Caledonian which was granted recognition on 21/9/1988;

(ii)  The source, presently designated Caledonian 2 with the trade description Caledonian 2 which was granted recognition on 9/3/2007;

(iii)  The source, presently designated Glen Brae with the trade description Marks and Spencer which was granted recognition on 18/7/2008

do hereby approve said application.
