Gordon Malcolm MacLure and Matthew Purdon Henderson of Johnston Carmichael, Clava House, Cradlehall Business Park, Inverness IV2 5GH were appointed as Joint Administrators of Clachnacuddin Football Club (1990) Limited on 3 November 2009.

Pursuant to paragraph 51(1) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, I hereby give notice that an initial meeting of creditors in the above matter is to be held at the office of Johnston Carmichael, Clava House, Cradlehall Business Park, Inverness IV2 5GH on 8 January 2010 at 2.00 pm, to consider my proposals under paragraph 49(1) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and to consider establishing a Creditors’ Committee.

A creditor will be entitled to vote at the meeting only if a claim is lodged with me at or before the meeting and it has been accepted for voting purposes in whole or in part. Voting may either be in person by the creditor, or by Form of Proxy which must be lodged with me at or before the meeting.
