All applications can also be viewed online via the Council website (www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk/eplanning) or by prior arrangement at one of the local offices throughout East Ayrshire. Offices are open between 09:00 and 17:00 hours Monday to Thursday and 09:00 and 16:00 hours Friday, excluding public holidays.
