KG, Abigail J Feder as trustee of the Craig M Donaldson Mercury 4 Irrevocable Trust, Nerine Trust Company Limited as trustee of the Franklin Trust and HgCapital LLP part of the interest held by them in HGT Carry L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5698 (the “ Partnership ”).
