Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Apax Europe VII GP Co. Limited transferred part of its interest held in Apax Europe VII Founder L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005981 to Frank Ludowig and subsequently Frank Ludowig became a limited partner in the Partnership.
