Notice is hereby given that on 16 October 2009 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Peter Norman Spratt, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, John Bruce Cartwright, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 69-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NH and Graham Douglas Frost, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 69-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NH, the Joint Administrators of Heritor’s Residential Property (Scotland) Limited (in administration), a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No SC290598) and having its Registered Office formerly at 7 Albyn Place, Edinburgh EH2 4NG, and now at c/o PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NH (“the Company”) seeking inter alia that the Court grant an order to extend the period of administration of the Company until 10 November 2011. The Court made an order dated 20 October 2009 that the application be advertised in The Edinburgh Gazette and that any party claiming an interest in the application lodge Answers to it, if so advised, within 12 days of that advertisement.
