Notice is hereby given that on 15 October 2009 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Blair Carnegie Nimmo, having a place of business at 191 West George Street, Glasgow and Gary Steven Fraser, having a place of business at Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, the Joint Administrators of GSPO Realisations Limited (in administration), a Company incorporated under the laws of Scotland and having its Registered Office formerly at 5 Gateside Commerce Park, Haddington, East Lothian EH41 3ST, and now at Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG (“the Company”) seeking inter alia that the Court grant an order to extend the period of administration of the Company until 9 May 2010. The Court made an order dated 20 October 2009 that the application be advertised in The Edinburgh Gazette and that any party claiming an interest in the application lodge Answers to it, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 10 days of that advertisement.
