By Interlocutor dated 24 September 2009 the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow, recalled the appointment of Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, Insolvency Practitioner, MLM Insolvency LLP, Unit 1A 3 Michaelson Square, Kirkton Campus, Livingston EH54 7DP, as provisional liquidator granted at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 9 September 2009, in terms of Sections 172 and 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986; dismissed the Petition at the instance of Stitt Brothers Limited, Station Road, Killen, Perthshire FK21 8UH, to wind up Walker Caledonian Limited, 40 Invergarry Drive, Deaconsbank, Glasgow G46 8UB, and appointed Notice of the import of the said Interlocutor to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette, all of which Notice is hereby given.
