Notice is hereby given that the instrument of dissolution of West Side Fishermen Limited Register No. 1907RS the registered office of which is at Fish Salesmen & Chandlers, New Street, Scalloway, Shetland ZE1 0TQ was registered on 11 August 2009. Within three months from the date of The Edinburgh Gazette in which this advertisement appears proceedings to set aside the dissolution may be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society.
