DIRECTION BY PLANNING AUTHORITY UNDER ARTICLE 4

PETERHEAD CENTRAL CONSERVATION AREA

NOTICE is hereby given that the Article 4 Direction for the revised Peterhead Central Conservation Area was formally considered and approved by the Scottish Ministers on 7 April 2009.

The principle effect of this Direction is that permitted development rights granted by Article 3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 shall not apply within the Peterhead Central Conservation Area.

Copies of the Article 4 Direction and a map of the conservation area can be inspected, during normal office hours at the Planning Service Office, Arbuthnot House, Broad Street, Peterhead, AB41 1DA.
