Notice is hereby given that on 22 April 2009 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Colin Peter Dempster, having a place of business at 10 George Street, Edinburgh and Thomas Merchant Burton, having a place of business at George House, 50 George Square, Glasgow, the Joint Administrators of Monitor Producer 1 Limited (in administration), a Company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands and having its Registered Office at Appleby Spurling Hunter, PO Box 1350 GT, 75 Fort Street, George Town, Island of Grand Cayman (“the Company”) seeking inter alia that the Court grant an order to extend the period of administration of the Company to 14 May 2010. The Court made an order dated 24 April 2009 that the application be advertised in The Edinburgh Gazette and that any party claiming an interest in the application lodge Answers to it, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 8 days of that advertisement.
