Sequestration of the estate of

SARFRAZ AKRAM

The estate of Sarfraz Akram, Flat 3/1, 3 St Andrews Close, Glasgow G41 1QG, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 16 March 2009, and Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, mlm Insolvency LLP, The Gatehouse, 201-203 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LW, has been appointed by the Court to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Trustee.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors’ claims was 19 January 2009.
