Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of Sea Containers Ferries Scotland Limited will be held at the offices of Mercer and Hole, 76 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3JB on 22 April 2009 at 11.45 am for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding up, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.31 the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, and determining whether or not the Liquidator should have his release. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 76 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3JB, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
