Company Director Disqualification Order

DONG GUANG LIU

In a summary application presented on 25 November 2004, to Glasgow Sheriff Court in terms of section 7 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform in respect of Dong Guang Liu also known as Tong Kuang Liu, also known as Peter Liu, formerly residing at 241, 4th Floor, Section 1, Tun Hua Road, Taipei, Taiwan and latterly at 18 Stoneycroft Lane, Arbroath, Angus DD11 1PZ, the Sheriff on 16 February 2009 disqualified Dong Guang Liu, without leave of the Court from being a director of a company or, a liquidator or administrator of a company, or a receiver or a manager of a company’s property, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company for a period of 11 years from 16 February 2009. All of which intimation is hereby given.
