Notice is hereby given that the final meeting of the members of I. F. Henry (Design) Limited will be held at 4.00 pm, on Friday 27 March 2009, at 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1UR for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company shall be disposed of, and to receive the Liquidator’s application for discharge.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
