LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 16 January 2009, the entire interest held by TSK Holdings Limited in Asia LBO III, L.P. (the “ Partnership ”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6396 was transferred to Jacqueline Khoo Kim Geok. Consequently, on that date TSK Holdings Limited ceased to be a limited partner and Jacqueline Khoo Kim Geok was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
