Notice is hereby given that on 15 December 2008 a Note was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by James Inglis Smith, Chartered Accountant, Smith Inglis Limited, 1 Auchingramont Road, Hamilton ML3 6JP, as Liquidator of Darengray Limited craving authority to remit the Liquidator’s Accounts for the liquidation to an independent reporter to fix remuneration for work done in the liquidation; In which Note the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 15 December 2008 appointed any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the craves of the Note should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days of intimation, service or advertisement; Of all of which notice is hereby given.
